Based in Beverly, MA we are seeking a highly-motivated person who wants to support an organization who is involved in groundbreaking technology with the skills, education & experience needed. We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for the enhancement of our development and deployment processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability across our infrastructure.
Responsibilities include:
- Designs, implements, and maintains the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Collaborates with development teams to streamline build and release processes.
- Implements automation of workflows between Jira and other systems including Helix and Solidworks PDM.
- Administers Solidworks PDM, Jira, Helix, and other operationally critical systems.
- Monitors and optimizes system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implements and maintains containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Assists with implementation of new Helix and Jira instances and workflows.
- Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stays up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our DevOps practices.
- All other duties, as assigned.
We are seeking individuals with:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years’ experience in a DevOps or related role, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies within a medical device or other regulated industry experience.
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, with a specific focus on Atlassian products, Solidworks PDM, Bitbucket or GitHub, and Helix ALM and experience integrating these products to automate processes.
- Experience working with Solidworks PDM to administer CAD data storage workflows
- Working knowledge of scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suites (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint).

This is a hybrid position, with work in our Beverly, MA office expected 3-4 days per week. May be required to work nights or weekends to meet monthly, quarterly and/or annual compliance deadlines.
May require traveling less than 5% of the time via car but air travel may be required from time to time.
