Mark Barbera

Mark has over 35 years’ experience in the financial service industry. He is currently Chief Financial Officer of Velico Medical, Inc, a medical device company and the Managing Member of ASP Partners, LLC, a developer of state park residential rentals under license with the State of New York.

He spent three years with the public accounting firm of Deloitte Haskins and Sells (currently Deloitte and Touché) where he earned his Certificate in Public Accounting in 1982. Subsequent to his Public Accounting experience, he spent 7 years with a registered investment advisor and over 15 years as an owner and senior officer with registered broker dealers. His positions have included Controller, Chief Financial Officer and President.

He sat on investment committees and served on a number of Boards. For the last 20 years he has been primarily focusing on private equity and investment. Mark attended the State University of New York at Buffalo where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration.
